“After our initial mistake [we had to return the first ‘other branded’ aligner as it failed shortly after purchase], we decided to go for the Hunter Elite TD system. We’d seen some other workshops who were using the Hunter equipment pick up good business and also, after our last experience, we wanted to make sure we went with a company who had a good reputation for aftersales support.”

“It’s all part of our customer service experience, we aim to put all vehicles across the Quick Check Lane. Our customers like that we are doing that little bit extra for them, even if they’re coming in for just a rattle or replacement bulb. Of course, it helps us financially too and we get around 8-10 adjustment jobs as a result of this each day which works out at around £300 – £400 extra revenue. The Quick Check isn’t a service we charge for but we’d be lost without it.”

“The Hunter system is great. It’s just the best out there for wheel alignment and even puts us ahead of main dealers in terms of the level of service we can offer. Pro-Align have also been great to deal with. Any issues have been swiftly resolved and the aftersales care has been excellent.
