With COVID-19 at the forefront of everyone’s minds, I wanted to take a moment to inform you of the steps we are taking at Pro-Align to continue to support our customers and staff during this difficult time.
It goes without saying, that the ongoing health and wellbeing of our valued customers and staff is our number one priority. We are monitoring the situation carefully and will continue to follow official advice from the Government and Public Health England.
In line with this advice, I am pleased to inform you that we remain fully operational so we can continue to support you and your business. We have introduced remote working for staff where appropriate, we have unsurprisingly cancelled all non-essential travel and we have adapted our internal processes to ensure that you continue to receive the very highest levels of Sales and Aftersales care from all of us at Pro-Align.
Our team of Aftersales Engineers remain fully operational and during any visits will adopt the necessary hygiene measures to protect you and your teams while effecting any repair, upgrade or calibration. Our Installation teams are also fully operational and will be able to assist you to ensure you have all the equipment you need to support your business continuity. Finally, for many of you who are considering additional equipment investment, our Sales Team are still available. However, where an in-person appointment may not be appropriate we are currently reviewing our virtual presentation and demonstration capabilities which we hope will be operational very soon.
