There was a real buzz last week, as a constant stream of visitors came on the stand to see the best that Hunter equipment can offer – both the NEW and the old favourites.
We were delighted to introduce to the UK market Hunter’s latest engineering feat of innovation and technology – Quick Check Drive. A touchless drive through alignment checking system, using 32 lasers, and 8 cameras deliver total toe and camber measurement results, identifying additional alignment opportunities within seconds. Additionally, the cameras capture 40+ images that give added protection against false damage claims.
Add to that Hunters NEW Quick Tread Edge, independently developed next-generation tread depth reader, reveals how easily tyre shops and dealers can triple alignment sales and double tyre sales.
The greatest surprise of the show was the appeal of the NEW Hunter SmartWeight Pro to all stand visitors. It may be an entry-level wheel balancer, small in stature, but significant in Hunter innovation. Craig Welch, our Essential Range demonstrator confirmed “Visitors were amazed at just how quick and easy it is to use. But it was the bonus of Hunters weight-saving SmartWeight software and time savings achieved with the laser wheel dimension measurement and one check spin, all for just £4550. “
It wasn’t all about the NEW, the Hunter Elite TD Imaging aligner proved itself again, with its stand popularity, but also the ‘Price Appeal’ of our whole suite of Essential range tyre changers, balancers and aligners opening the Hunter door to many looking for cost-effective workshop equipment options.
